DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement is concluded between the parties under the following terms:

1. Parties

• Seller: DLT Tech SHPK

• Buyer: A registered user of NFTiFay who purchases digital products (NFTs).

2. Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Buyer’s purchase of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) via the NFTiFay platform.

3. Product and Service Features

• The product sold is an NFT registered and verified on the blockchain.

• NFTs are digital products; therefore, no physical delivery is involved.

• Delivery is deemed complete upon transfer of the NFT to the Buyer’s wallet.

4. Price and Payment

• The product price is collected based on the price displayed on the platform at the time of order.

• Payment can be made via cryptocurrencies or other specified payment methods.

• Transfer of ownership does not occur until payment confirmation is received.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

• NFTs, by their nature, are non-refundable and non-reversible digital goods.

• The Buyer cannot request a return or cancellation of purchased NFTs.

• In case of incorrect/incomplete transfer, the Seller shall make the necessary corrections.

6. Responsibilities

• The Seller is responsible for the accurate transfer of the NFT onto the blockchain.

• The Buyer is responsible for the security of their digital wallet.

• The Seller is not liable for fluctuations in the market value of NFTs.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties will first seek settlement through mutual agreement. If unresolved, the laws of the Republic of Kosovo and relevant courts shall apply.

8. Enforcement

By making a purchase on NFTiFay, the Buyer is deemed to have electronically accepted this agreement.
