Cancellation and Refund Policy

DLT Tech SHPK (“NFTiFay”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) aims to provide a transparent and secure NFT marketplace (the “Platform”) for creators and collectors. Due to the nature of blockchain-based assets, NFT transactions are generally final and irreversible. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

1) General Policy – No Refunds for Completed NFT Transactions

Once a purchase of a non-fungible token (“NFT”) has been confirmed on the blockchain and the NFT has been delivered to your digital wallet, the transaction is considered final. NFTs are unique digital collectibles and their value may fluctuate based on market conditions. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer remorse

  • Price fluctuations

  • Compatibility or utility dissatisfaction

  • Changes in access, experience, or functionality tied to the NFT

2) Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered in the Following Cases

NFTiFay may, at its sole discretion, consider refunds only in the following situations:

  • Technical Error: The NFT was not delivered due to a verifiable technical issue on our Platform or smart contract, and the buyer did not receive the NFT.

  • Duplicate Payment: A payment was mistakenly processed more than once for the same transaction.

  • Unauthorized Transaction: There is clear and documented evidence of unauthorized access to your account or wallet at the time of the transaction.

  • Failed Transaction: Your payment was processed, but the corresponding NFT was never minted or transferred, and the transaction failed on the blockchain.

Each case is evaluated individually and must be reported to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the transaction date.

3) Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following:

  • Full name and email address associated with your Platform account

  • Transaction ID or transaction hash (Tx Hash)

  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Screenshots or documentation (if applicable)

We reserve the right to request additional information to verify your claim. Refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and, where applicable, may take up to 10 business days to process.

4) Refund Method

If a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method where possible. If that is not feasible, NFTiFay may issue the refund in cryptocurrency (e.g., stablecoin equivalent) to your verified digital wallet.

5) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without first contacting NFTiFay, we reserve the right to dispute the charge and may suspend your Platform account. Please attempt to resolve issues with us directly before pursuing a chargeback.

6) Marketplace Disputes Between Users

NFTiFay is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers or for the quality, utility, or accuracy of NFT content. Refund requests based on seller behavior, misleading metadata, or subjective dissatisfaction will not be honored.

7) Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
